We Arrange the Pickup: We will schedule a convenient time for a courier to pick up the product from your location. Don't worry, we will cover the courier cost and it's completely free!

Pack It Well: Please ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Proper packaging is crucial to ensure the item returns safely and in its original condition.

Quality Check: Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure there are no damages.

Refund Process: After the product passes our Quality Assurance process, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment, and you will be notified once the refund has been completed. The refund can take minimum 3 days to maximum 15 days to be credited to your initial mode of payment depending on your bank services.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
